LobbyCall

Terms of Service

Last updated April 24, 2026

1. What this is

LobbyCall (“we”, “us”) is a tour-management product for bands and their crews. These Terms govern your use of the service at lobbycall.vercel.app (“Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Beta status

LobbyCall is in public beta. That means:

  • The Service may change, pause, or add paid tiers at any time.
  • Features may move or be removed without notice.
  • We aim for stability but make no uptime guarantees during beta.
  • Beta access is free. If a feature moves behind a paywall in the future, we’ll tell you before you lose it.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password secret, don’t share logins, and tell us if you think your account is compromised. If you’re inviting crew or a band, make sure you have the right to share that data with us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Store data that doesn’t legitimately belong to your band, tour, or crew (health info, emergency contacts, etc. must be provided by the person they describe).
  • Attempt to break the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure, or scrape at scale.
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, or run illegal activity.

5. Your data

You own your data. We store it to run the Service for you and for no other purpose. You can export it at any time from your profile page. You can delete your account and its data from the same page.

Band-level data (shows, expenses, guest lists, contacts) is owned by the band entity — typically whoever created the band. If you’re a member, your own contributions can be exported but you can’t take the whole band’s ledger when you leave.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run LobbyCall: Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Anthropic (receipt OCR), Google Maps (geocoding + directions), AeroDataBox and AviationStack (flights), and RTT.io (UK trains). These providers see only the data they need for their feature, and our Privacy Policy explains what’s sent to each.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” during beta. We do our best, but we can’t promise it’s error-free, that data loss won’t happen, or that any feature will keep working exactly as it does today. For critical tour data, keep your own copy via the export feature.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for anything that happens through the Service is capped at whatever you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months — which during beta is zero. We aren’t liable for indirect damages like lost profits or missed gigs.

9. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, but we’ll email you first unless doing so would be obviously counter-productive (e.g. ongoing abuse).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes get a heads-up email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that date means you accept the new version.

11. Contact
